Shopping in Worthing is a real delight, with safe, pedestrianised streets and covered shopping centres you’ll find over 400 retail stores in the town centre as well as plenty of opportunity to take the weight off your feet and enjoy some refreshment.
Whether it's for day to day shopping, or looking for that something extra special, Worthing's shops are a mix of high street departmental stores, independent retailers and the quaint and curious.
Explore Warwick Street, full of beautiful boutiques, specialist shops and side streets with surprises or take a stroll along Montague Street with its high street names. Continue all the way along to Rowlands Road to experience the delights of the West End.
A general market comes to Montague Street every Wednesday. Watch out for specialist markets throughout the year including French, Continental and Italian.
Shoreham-by-Sea offers a more peaceful, quaint and charming variety of mostly small, independant shops. Views of the River Adur appear as you walk along the High Street, whilst the splendour of St Mary de Haura Church is the marvelous backdrop in the newly pedestrianised East Street.
