Organising or planning to put on an event?

Adur & Worthing Councils want to encourage community groups and individuals to organise more events, developing the events calender and making Adur & Worthing a more vibrant and active place to live and visit.

As an event organiser you've got a lot to think about. We have tried to make the process as simple as possible and details of what to do and how to do it can be found here.

Promoting an event

There are a number of things that the Tourism Department can do to assist you in promoting your event:-

• Add your event to our website listing. Just complete this form.
• Display your events posters and leaflets in the VisitWorthing Information Centre
• Include your event in our events posters which are distributed throughout the South East
• Include your event in our marketing campaigns
• Include your event in our what's on publications
